As Senior Manager, Client Strategy & Value Creation at realworld one, you will play a key role in delivering transformative value to clients within life sciences through cutting-edge XR solutions. Working closely with Champions and Project Managers across client Operations, Commercial, and Service teams, you will identify core challenges, support the co-creation of XR-driven strategies to address them, and lead their operational execution and adoption to deliver tangible value. Reporting directly to the VP Pharma or VP Life Sciences Instruments, you will manage client accounts, drive execution in collaboration with internal teams, and ensure that each initiative delivers measurable client value. Responsibilities Own day-to-day relationships with key client stakeholders, including Champions and Project Managers, to drive alignment, satisfaction, and solution adoption. Support the co-creation of transformative client strategies by aligning business priorities with XR-driven innovation to solve complex operational, commercial, and service challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including solution design and production — to support the customization and development of XR projects in line with client needs. Lead implementation initiatives by aligning internal and client teams, managing onboarding, training, and rollout to ensure sustained value creation. Monitor performance and collect client feedback to identify risks, surface new opportunities, and contribute actionable insights to the broader solution and account strategy. Qualifications Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant field. 4 years of post-graduate work experience, with a proven track record of professional achievement and impact. Experience working in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience overseeing projects and driving them to successful completion. Experience in the life sciences sector, particularly in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools, is a strong plus; familiarity with operations or service operations is also highly beneficial.
