We’re just getting started and are looking for more people to join us on our journey ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently searching for a (Junior) People and Culture Manager (m/f/d). Reporting directly to our VP of People and Culture, this role is an exciting opportunity to join us and bring our team to the next level. WHAT YOU’LL DO Play an essential and integral role in delivering a great onboarding experience for new joiners as well as completing offboarding tasks in a timely manner Accurate creation of all relevant documents, e.g. employment contracts, references, etc. and being a point of contact for all employee queries Maintain on an ongoing basis the personnel database and filing system Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to produce informative and engaging material for leadership team Handling and collaborating on specific HR projects with relevant impact on organisational design and people development Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and empathetic way Support the documentation and continuous improvement of internal HR processes, including clear and up-to-date entries on Notion Communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and verbally—and know when to escalate more complex matters Support with office management tasks e.g. purchasing and maintaining office material as required WHAT YOU’LL BRING A real passion for people and a familiarity with the pressures of working in a startup environment Ability to handle confidential information in a professional way An attraction to new challenges and an ability to have fun looking for creative solutions to streamline processes Tech savviness and a proficiency in various applications including Google Workspace, ideally with experience of working with Bamboo HR database, Notion, but not essential Ability to work in a structured and independent way and engage regularly with senior leadership and the wider People and Culture team Exceptional team players skills with fluent English, German is a huge plus WHAT WE OFFER The opportunity to work in a growing team with big responsibilities that thrives on a strong exchange of knowledge and excellence Attractive remuneration Flat hierarchy and transparent communication in a relaxed, professional atmosphere Opportunity to develop your talent in a dynamic team with ambitious goals Flexibility and possibility to work remotely Monthly mobility benefit Wellhub Membership Company card with a monthly allowance for lunches, coffee, etc. with co-workers
