We are looking for an Account Development Manager (m/f/d) GoSilico Globalto contribute to the commercial growth of GoSilicos software and service offerings in the region.
Youwill be part of our GoSilico sales team and use product and application knowledge to generate sales from Cytivas Global Strategic and other large accounts.You should be able to evaluate a customer''s molecule development process to identify solutions and provide the necessary tools, information, and support to sell licenses, services renewals as well as identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
What youll do
* Responsible for the sales target and the development of account specific strategy plans for a prioritized set of high potential Global Strategic or other large accounts.
* Development of insights related to customers strategy, organizational capabilities, goals, and key stakeholders and Cytivas position within the customers process development pipeline.
* Identification and advancement of commercial opportunities within assigned customer accounts in collaboration with relevant members of the account team and other parts of Cytivas organization as needed. This includes planning and executing customer facing activities in conjunction with the marketing department and product management.
* Develop long term adoption strategies in conjugation with the Customer Success team to sustain and expand usage of the GoSilico solutions as part of the customer''s workflow.
* Coordinate the technology development in collaboration with R&D and customer accounts to ensure a balance between commercial growth and technology advancement.
Who you are
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Process Engineering or other Life Science related field, Master or PhD degree in above fields is a merit.
2. Long term working experience in a Life Science or Pharma based busine
