* Currently enrolled in studies in the field of law, an LL.M. program or similar studies;
* Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal issues in different jurisdictions;
* Strong interest and understanding of data protection regulations;
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
* Working independently and in a structured manner;
* Enjoy working in an international team;
* Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Fluency in English. German is a strong plus;
* Previous practical experiences, internships or working student positions is a plus.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced working student to support our legal department in various operational and strategic tasks and gain valuable insights into the international legal environment. In this position you will work closely with our in-house legal counsel, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for law students and LL.M. candidates who are eager to apply their knowledge in a practical setting.
* Support in compliance with data protection regulations;
* Assist in contract management, including Framework Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, NDAs;
* Monitor developments and conduct legal research on international laws and regulations impacting our business particularly data protection, financial services regulations, and artificial intelligence;
* Assist in M&A projects and matters concerning corporate law;
* Coordination with external counsels and business partners;
* Assist in responding to legal inquiries from internal stakeholders;
* Provide general administrative support.
