Scope of duties
1. Antigen Profiling of primary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells using single-cell RNA sequencing and multiparameter flow cytometry
2. Evaluation of novel T-cell bispecific antibody constructs for treatment of AML
3. Dissecting resistance mechanisms in hematologic malignancies towards bispecific antibodies and CAR-T cell therapies
4. Daily Research Methods:
5. Aseptic cell culture of cell lines and primary patient material
6. Isolation of peripheral blood and bone marrow mononuclear cells from patients and healthy donors
7. Cytotoxicity assays, co-cultures, immune cell activation and inhibition assays, proliferation analysis, and cytokine screening
8. Advanced flow cytometry
9. Presenting research findings at national and international conferences

10. Educational Background : in life sciences, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related disciplines.

14. Specialized Knowledge: A strong theoretical background in immunology is a plus, and knowledge in biostatistics will be advantageous.
15. Technical Expertise: Experience in flow cytometry and handling primary patient material is an asset.
