Your responsibilities *Your daily tasks Implementing, coordinating and monitoring airside projects in accordance with the priorities defined by the Airside Project Manager: including managing and controlling costs, deadlines and their proper execution including the implementation of the evolution of existing processes, management and approval of obstacles, parking and movement of aircraft and exploitation of available spaces on the platform Coordinating, controlling and validating airside work approval processes including manoeuvring area Ensuring: The context of the work, airside safety rules, procedures and documents are clearly defined, documented, communicated to the various partners and up to date The drafting of safety flash in connection with the work to be published to users of the platform Preparing and facilitating weekly meetings (AS WEEKLY) & ensuring the administrative follow up of monthly work coordination meetings (AWOC) Interacting with internal (technical, security, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (handlers, ANSP, PCH, etc.) on topics related to work, changes to the airside and operational impacts of projects/works Conducting studies, and performing simulations (AviPlan/Autocad) of "jetblast", "wingtip clearance", "aircraft positioning" Participating in the safety assessments in relation to Airside projects and works Ensuring the positioning manual is always up to date Providing training in the event of changes to rules and regulations *Your other missions If absent, replacing the APM on subjects related t
