Your Role:
You will lead the transfer of IT contracts from Electronics to new company, oversees vendor negotiations and manages contracts and IT procurement activities post-Day 2 you will also provide commercial, contractual and financial management expertise to ensure business optimizes value for money from contracts with suppliers / third parties. Part of your Key responsibilities are, lead the transfer of IT contracts from Merck to NewCo, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition, act as the primary point of commercial contact for third party suppliers, provide commercial support for the negotiation of new or renewed contracts as appropriate. lead vendor negotiation and manage the issue and renewal of all technology contracts, review supplier/partner performance against defined SLAs and ensure services and invoices are consistent with the terms of the contract. You will also manage contracts and IT procurement activities post-Day 2 to ensure compliance and optimal performance and manage supplier relationship during exit. Ensure fulfilment of supplier’s/ partner’s responsibilities during exit period. Key results areas of your role will be the successful transfer and management of IT contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal performance post-Day 2 and SLAs have clearly defined expectations & contracts are negotiated competitively against. Outlook: After the TSA / Transformation period the role is planned to morph into a Supplier Relationship Manager / Service Management Role suppliers.
Who you are:
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
* Ability to absorb complex, conflicting information and use it to produce IT solutions
* Proven experience in IT contract management, vendor negotiations and managing SLAs.
* IT Contract interpretation and negotiation skills.
* Excellent co-ordination and analytical skills.
* 5+ years of IT Contract Management experience.
* Strong sense of ownership, accountability
