1. As a premaster in engineering, you will support our development engineers of pressure and magnet sensors which are in latest sample stage, ramp-up or in mass production;. An important part of this work is continuous improvement of our sensor performance and production processes through regular data evaluation, characterization/qualification and failure analysis
2. In addition, you will support and assist changes that are required for continuous improvement process or required by the customers
3. You work in close cooperation with different departments of Bosch Sensortec GmbH, as well as Robert Bosch GmbH: assembly and connection technology, ASIC design, sensor element design and technology development.
4. By the end of the program, you will be able to take responsibility for work packages in the areas mentioned above, drive them independently and present achievements within the organization
Qualifications
5. Personality: Commitment and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment, as well as good technical comprehension, combined with communication and team player skills; Interest in electronics and sensors
6. Working Style: Structured, analytical and target oriented team player with cross-cultural competence; strong communication and presentation skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
7. Experience: First Knowledge in sensors (MEMS), data analysis (Matlab, Python) and programming; first experience in project management is a plus
8. Languages: English (full professional proficiency)
9. Education: Excellent bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Microsystems technology, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science or other related engineering fields
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
