Your Responsibilities:Define a coherent product/pricing and packaging strategy across all her categories /segments aligned with Brand value proposition and targets sets by Head of product management EUNourish and utilize exceptional understanding of the female clothing industry to provide insights for consumer and marketplaces and deliver competitive advantages for brand TriumphDeliver, monitor and maintain European product and price strategy tools; contribute to distribution strategies in line with the target set by the Head of Brand ManagementAccountable for competitor’s analysis, and analysis of critical consumer insights from the marketMaintain clear and concise communication with key stakeholders, facilitate meetings and discussions, and provide regular status updates and progress reportsPresent comprehensive understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and be proficient in developing product ranges using the appropriate tools (PLM/Range Builder)Deal with financial KPI given by senior product manager for certain segments/pillars as well as for the range architecture & fit strategy breaking KPI down to series/concepts levels for both novelties and runningExecute pricing strategy and define packaging implementation based on financial targets received from senior product managerDrive a strong focus on building equity for the brand and maintaining brand sensibility as well as execute and deliver input to the marketing communication planYour ideal profile:Solid experience in Brand Merchandising / Product Management, or similar functionsAffinity to work with Fashion and/or Beauty and/or female productsNatural attitude for consumer and competitor understandingUniversity degreeTeam management experience is a plusFlexible, creative, enthusiastic and willing to learnProactive, practical and hands-on approachDrive energy and commitmentAbility to inspire via strong presentation & communication and interpersonal skillsTeam playerIT proficiency: MS office, Excel (advanced level), Power Point, PLM systemHigh level of English, Polish (nice to have)We offer:You will never walk aloneAs a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
