Main Activities: Drive the monthly supply review meeting (S&OP / IBP) to define the optimal medium-long term plan at family level getting information from factory, demand planning, local supply chains and project teams. Prepare different scenarios to mitigate exceptional situations or to reflect different business or manufacturing assumptions. Build and align with the factory on the weekly constrained production plan (CPP). Monitor the accomplishment of the plan and challenge the factory where necessary. Anticipate, communicate and bring solutions for product shortage in close collaboration with all local supply chain teams. Provide transparency to all regions on production processes, arbitration, and priorities - first point of contact in case of arbitration needs for factories and continents supply organization. Monitor and optimize global finished goods inventory level challenging local supply chains with support from inventory analysts. Make sure new product launches are delivered in due time and communicate regularly with project teams in case of slippage. Train other team members in other regions and share good practices. Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplification Qualifications: Master or post graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field. 3 years of experience within demand or supply planning function within a fast-paced environment, familiar with S&OP / IBP processes and planning tools. Advanced/fluent in English. Excel advanced. Experience with interacting in a complex, cross-functional, matrix and multicultural environment. Strong analytical skills and are comfortable in managing lots of data from multiple sources. Reliable, curious, proactive, problem solver, detail oriented as well as with a strategic view. Team player with a high customer focus. Geat communication skills that allows you to collaborate, educate and influence people from different backgrounds. Experience in FMCG is a plus.
