Your Mission
1. You are responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance for Global Research & Development business processes and tools
2. You will act in the role as Business Process Manager for several PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes according to our Business Process Management (BPM) concept
3. By doing so, you consult multiple stakeholders (e.g. R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, IT) in complex process designs and transformations, furthermore, you manage and negotiate needed changes
4. Moreover, you will assess new business processes and tools for implementation into the global KARL STORZ Product Lifecycle Management Toolbox, coordinate and perform tool validations according to the designed business processes and ensure their adequate training
5. You will participate in continuous process improvement and ensure process compliance (including participation in Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Your Talents
6. Successfully completed studies in computer science, business administration or engineering
7. Ideally minimum of 5 years of experience in managing interdisciplinary development and/or PLM processes using BPMN 2.0
8. Advanced Experience in consulting interdisciplinary teams, as well as managing and negotiating business process designs and transformations with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a highly regulated industry
9. Experience in PLM architecture, design, transformation and implementation, as well as PLM framework development projects (e.g. Business Process Introduction or Changes, Digitalization)
10. Sound experience with process management tools (e.g. Symbio, iGrafx, Viflow or MS Visio in complex process environments) and product lifecycle management tools from product idea to product end of life
11. Familiarity with agile project management frameworks in a regulated environment
12. Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
13. Business fluent in German and English
