Channel Partner Manager (DACH)
AliveDx is recruiting for a Channel Partner Manager to join our Sales team based in Germany. The role is a full-time, permanent position and is responsible for leading business development initiatives in the DACH region and improving market share in major key accounts, whilst working closely with the KOL sites in the territory for business initiation, retention, and growth.
YOUR MISSION
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Work with Channel Partner/Customer for our Clinical product lines, with focus on Autoimmune and Allergy diagnostic market.
* Identify, support and manage Channel Partners by providing them the necessary techno-commercial support.
* Responsible for overall business development activities in the assigned territories and Customer.
* Effective management and monitoring of sales funnel/bowler and timely submission of reports.
* Responsible for growing profitable sales in region using cost-efficient methods.
* Support Distributors by navigating continuous product trainings, resource allocation and engagement to grow our business.
* Identification and nurturing of KOLs from the Healthcare professionals for the specific Diagnostic segment.
* Co-working with sales and marketing team of Channel Partners for market penetration and effective utilization of resources.
* Ensure timely escalations to support Channel Partner and Customer needs.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, lab medicine sciences or other related disciplines.
* Minimum of 5-7 years industry experience with a successful track record for Channel Partner Management, Sales or Business Development in Life Science or Diagnostic markets.
* Ideally, you will have experience of Autoimmunity or Allergy diagnostics.
* Experience of managing Channel Partners and strategic account management.
* Be able to demonstrate proven winning sales performance particularly in competitive wins.
* Knowledge of consultative selling techniques as a structured process for selling value at decision-making level.
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong interpersonal skills to interact and engage with Channel Partners, Customers and peers in a professional manner.
