Responsibilities
1. Know, understand and incorporate the FDH philosophy, value and vision in all behaviour, practice and decisions
2. Work directly with customer on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate response to inquiries and requests
3. Maintain and develop new and existing FDH customers through professional and appropriate sales methods
4. Assistant Guangzhou PDQ team for routine CQ, VQ entering
5. Maintain and manage assigned customer’s back order and follow up the whole supply chain process, including purchasing, warehouse and finance
6. Work with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
7. Attend and/or participate in external/internal customer or company meetings or sales/marketing events
8. Basic data entry with accuracy, including sales order, sales quotes, vendor quotes and others
9. Travel as required
Basic Qualifications
10. Degree Level; or the equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of progressively more responsible sales and customer service responsibilities in a business-to-business, aerospace/industry environment
11. Maintain excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal confidently with both internal and external customers
12. Able to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth account research if required
13. Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills
14. Maintain strong competency working with integrated data system, Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word, Power Point and Excel (, spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files as applicable) as required
