POSTE
We are seeking a Freelance Coach to deliver an advanced-level course on Animations and Micro-Interactions to enhance user experience (UX). The course will focus on equipping participants with knowledge and practical methods for leveraging animations and micro-interactions in digital products to improve user engagement and functionality.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver a structured course addressing diverse participant needs through lectures, practical exercises, discussions, and Q&A sessions.
- Cover key topics, including the purpose and timing of animations, micro-interaction design principles, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), and relevant technologies (e.g., CSS transitions, animations).
- Facilitate exercises, such as analyzing static user interfaces, identifying micro-interactions, and creating projects like an "add to cart" component.
- Provide participants with tools and methods to prototype and test animations and micro-interactions effectively.
- Align course materials with relevant literature, such as "Microinteractions" by Dan Saffer or "Designing Interface Animation" by Val Head.
Learning Outcomes - Participants will:
- Understand when to use animations and micro-interactions.
- Create effective prototypes demonstrating animations and micro-interactions.
- Test and improve these elements using user feedback and quantitative data.
PROFIL
1. Expertise in User Experience (UX):
- Solid understanding of UX principles and practices, including designing animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Familiarity with the practical application of UX concepts in projects.
2. Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of tools for prototyping animations and micro-interactions, such as Figma.
- Proficiency in implementing animations and micro-interactions using technologies like CSS transitions and CSS animations.
- Familiarity with popular frameworks for animations (e.g., Material Design principles).
3. Practical Experience:
- Demonstrated experience delivering training or coaching to intermediate and advanced learners in UX and IT.
- Ability to lead project-based exercises, such as creating prototypes (e.g., "add to cart" components) and analyzing user interfaces for animations and micro-interactions.
4. Teaching and Communication Skills:
- Skilled in delivering structured lessons with clear explanations of principles and methods.
- Comfortable leading discussion rounds and Q&A sessions to address individual participant needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Knowledge of Relevant Literature:
- Familiarity with foundational resources such as Dan Saffer, "Microinteractions: Designing with Details" and
Val Head, "Designing Interface Animation: Meaningful Motion for User Experience".
