If you have an engaging manner, are a great team player and are willing to learn, we’ll provide all the training you need. We’ll look to you to resolve diverse queries via telephone and many other channels – going the extra mile for customers as you understand their needs and rapidly resolve any issues. You’ll build great relationships and quickly develop expert product knowledge – and we need people who can listen, think and act in a truly professional manner. Experience of working in retail or a contact centre is desirable but not essential, you will be committed to outstanding customer service and effective at meeting deadlines. You will bring plenty of initiative, IT skills (including the Microsoft Office suite) and a flair for negotiating.
