Regional Training Manager (m/f/d)

12. modules directly and indirectly to target audiences, consistent with Montblanc DNAand modern, fun, interactive techniques (style and tools)
5) in ensuring success by
13. monitoring training results (quantitative and qualitative, short term & long-term)
14. feedback to relevant partners on progress, recommendations on further actions to take

You’ll have …
17. a passion for education and knowledge of and ease with digital learning
18. a University degree in education, economics, psychology, business training, communication sciences or comparable subject
19. retail sales experience in the luxury & premium industry
20. several years of experience in program and basic content development
21. excellent communcation and presentation skills as well as strong strategic thinking and planning skills
22. high levels of empathy and social skills and a team builder mindest
23. a solution-oriented approach, effective time management and the willingness to travel
24. Fluent German and English language skills (C1)
