Join our Project Quality Team as a Project Quality Leader to work on international substation projects. Job Description Responsibilities - Manage quality for the entire EPC project, with focus on construction and commissioning phases. - Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure quality requirements are met. - Define and execute the Quality Plans (Project, onshore, offshore) - Monitor project quality metrics and take corrective actions when needed. - Manage Non-conformity for the project, including coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal partners. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using methods like 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone. - Drive Continuous Improvement, including lessons learned and action plans for better performance. - Coordination of onshore site and onshore Yard quality activities (include managing GE inspectors and site quality managers) - Support site quality managers with construction/commissioning ITPs, NCs and Punches management - Participate into Project Reviews incl. Engineering and Procurement gate reviews, at GE level, consortium level, and customer level - Support the Equipment Quality Managers into the Auditing, surveillance of suppliers and subcontractor activities, ITP, Factory tests, pre-shipment activity, validation of quality plans from suppliers Requirements - Perform internal audits, participate to customer audits and manage open points and NCs. - Manage Customer surveys including call back and improvement plan - Manage Customer complaints until full resolution - Manage Lessons learned process (internal ; with consortium, with customer) Requirements - Experience of leading quality activities in EPC Project with good knowledge of site works - Strong knowledge and experience of processes for ISO9001, ISO15288 is a plus - Audit skills (internal and second-party audits). - Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, SAP, and quality management systems. - Degree in Engineering or similar experience. - Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems. - Fluent in English, German is a plus What we offer - Working in an international team within Grid Systems Integration in Germany. - A key role in the HVDC Project Quality Team in a dynamic, international working environment with an opportunity to grow. - Competitive benefits, performance allowance based on annual performance review, great development opportunities.
