THE ROLE: Reporting to Alex Franke within our C4L team (customer 4 life), you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers, guiding them through the implementation and expansion of our cutting-edge commerce technology with Spryker’s Success Enabling Services. You’ll lead the Spryker Expert Services delivery team of Technical/Product consultants and collaborate with customers, solution partners & Spryker internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services with high customer satisfaction. Become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them in leveraging Spryker’s technology to achieve their business goals. Maintain high diligence in service delivery projects, ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with defined processes. Act as the primary point of contact during the Service Engagement, ensuring smooth communication between customers, partners, and internal teams. Own the end-to-end service delivery, from sales to go-live, managing expectations and ensuring customer success. Lead multiple enterprise projects simultaneously, optimizing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets with your project team. Work closely with Spryker’s Head of Success Enabling Services, to define new consulting services based on customer/partner needs Work on continuous improvement of the existing service offerings by regularly gathering feedback from internal/external stakeholders Contribute to knowledge management of Expert Services by capturing and organising the consulting delivery knowledge and assets WHAT YOU NEED: 2 years of experience managing complex enterprise software projects with an understanding of end-to-ed implementation processes, agile development methodologies, and software deployment procedures. Background in project management within large enterprise environments (e.g., professional services firms,,, implementation partners, or similar organizations handling large-scale software deployments). Proficient in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools like ChatGPT, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite. A strategic thinker, able to anticipate challenges related to business, technical, and cultural factors. Strong problem solver, collaborating with teams like Customer Success and Product Development to find effective solutions. Strong organizational skills, with a focus on documentation, governance, and structured project execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German. Familiarity with tools like AWS and NewRelic or similar interfaces. Comfortable with periodic travel (up to 25% per month) to customer locations and Spryker's headquarters in Berlin SOUNDS LIKE YOU?
