What you will do
1. Perform timely follow-up on quotation requests for assigned business lines
2. Ensure that the price strategies set by the respective business line Marketers are being executed and if needed adapted to achieve the required results
3. Build up and maintain a strong relationship with all Distributors and conduct surveys on NPI parts to support the business unit with the initial price settings
4. Review quarterly Multi Purpose Prices (MPP) and adapt where necessary, to stay competitive in the market
5. Maintain customer master-data, for the nominated coordination of OEM accounts
6. The negotiator works together with the coordinator and builds the new/updated master-data for the new contract period
7. Align with the business unit commercial managers the Nexperia strategy for the upcoming negotiations - be the lead negotiator and together with the account manager responsible for the outcome of the negotiation
8. Provide proactive support, value added feedback and input to Regional Marketing, business lines and account managers
9. Gather and communicate market/competitor information into the organization
10. Analyze price developments and success rates of quotes adapt where necessary
What you will need
11. Master’s degree, preferably in Business Marketing, Economics or Electrical/Industrial Engineering
12. Minimum 3 years working experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the semiconductor/electronics industry
13. Experienced in dealing with global channels and partners, building and maintaining good relationships with them
14. Experienced in dealing with regional marketing/sales forces, building and maintaining good relationships with them
15. Good knowledge of semiconductors power devices
16. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of professional tools such as Enovia, Spotfire.
17. The ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple global internal and external stakeholders
18. Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
19. Very strong communication and presentation skills
20. Strong negotiation skills
