At Bruker Biosensors, we are committed to strengthening our customer relations team to promote our new innovative heliX and SPR #64 ‘Triceratops’ biosensors and are seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as Technical Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
1. Engaging with high-level scientists about their research activities to identify technical fits.
2. Developing opportunities to implement our cutting-edge technology.
3. Promoting technology that has the capability to fight cancer and other diseases at the forefront of next-generation drug development.
4. Addressing advanced scientific instruments for high-end research challenges in academia and industry.
5. Attending conferences and trade shows to learn about technical challenges and engage in scientific discussions.
6. Explaining cutting-edge technology in a comprehensible way through presentations and seminars.
7. Coordinating technology evaluation projects and managing the collaboration of scientists.
8. Traveling and working in an international environment.
9. Being part of a dynamically growing team.
Qualifications
1. A friendly and outgoing personality with great team spirit and a natural sales talent.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keenness to start conversations.
3. A background in biotechnology, biophysics, chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or similar (BSc, MSc, or PhD degree).
4. The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and be self-organized using a structured approach.
5. Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: sales, biophysical methods for molecular interaction analysis (SPR or other), drug discovery, advanced laboratory equipment.
Location & Travel
1. Remote work position based within the assigned territory.
2. Visit and stay connected with our office and application labs in Munich and Hamburg, Germany.
3. 50% travel involves business trips to customers, collaboration partners, and HQ in Munich.
