Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) B2C, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of B2C marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a performance marketing set-up and strategies across various digital channels such as PPC, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing
2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to optimize campaign performance.
3. Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance tracking to ensure KPIs and objectives are met.
4. Collaborate with internal & external teams including content, design, and marketing to develop compelling creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
5. Utilize data analytics and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.
6. Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and ROI.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
8. Work closely with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to manage relationships and leverage resources effectively
9. Provide regular reports and performance analysis to key stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization and future strategies
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
11. Several years of relevant work experiences in performance marketing roles, preferably in a B2C environment
12. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, advertising platforms, and campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
14. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors
15. Open mindset and strong hands-on mentality
16. Enjoy working in an international team
17. Profound knowlege in working with MS Office programms with focus on Excel and Power BI, SAP experiences would be benficial
18. Fluent English and German
