1. Improve the existing network based on pre-defined KPIs
2. Help develop and establish new routes and destinations
3. Closely aligning with the other members of the network planning team to ensure an optimized network
4. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to cope with TRY/EUR parity challenging on our domestic network
5. Monitor booking development and competitor landscape
6. Internal coordination with sales, revenue management, scheduling, marketing, public relations and strategy department
7. Project work and preparation of board/decision papers

8. Studies of transport, tourism, logistics, economics or other aviation related fields
9. Previous work experience with an airline and/or tour operator advantageous
10. Very good sense of numbers, analytical thinking as well as quick-wittedness and the ability to understand complex issues
11. Exceptional understanding and knowledge of the global airline industry with focus on Europe
12. Very good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), but Excel in particular
13. Very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
14. Very good English speaking and writing skills
15. Good German language speaking skill
