As a (Junior) People Operations & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for your own specialist area, e.g. maintaining benefit programs, ensures that Scopes´ People initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a process driven efficiency.

Duties & responsibilities
* You manage administrative onboarding, mover and leaver process for all hires, leavers, and vendors
* You serve as the escalation point for fulfillment onboarding activities collaborating with all internal parties
* You track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress in the onboarding, mover and offboarding process (including freelancers)
* You maintain physical personnel files and data on SAP SuccessFactors
* You manage the European employee benefit programmes and continuously optimizing and digitalizing products and processes in line with applicable global agreements, intensifying relationships with external benefit providers, and handling administration professionally, including documentation, control function, and reporting
* You act as a central point of contact for People Business Partners, Payroll, Recruiting, Controlling and employees for all insurances and other benefits
* A stay up to date with the latest legislation concerning social security and tax regulations impacting the Company´s benefit products
Professional & personal qualifications
* 1-5 years of experience in People Operations within an international matrix environment, including focus topics, such as onboarding, offboarding and benefits
* Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Controlling or Human Resources
* Proven problem-solving skills and solution orientation
* Strong analytical mindset with an ability to keep an eye on the essentials
* Strong team player with proven experience of working in an international team
* Excellent communication skills, in the areas of reporting and supporting decision-making
* Excellent business applications skills - Microsoft package and HCM tools
* Understanding of stakeholder needs and the ability to translate them into processes and tools
* You communicate fluent in English and a proficiency in German would be an advantage
