Description Role: Reporting to the TA Manager, EMEA, the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist – EMEA will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to drive our business objectives. Collaborating closely with regional HR and hiring managers, you will ensure the recruitment process aligns with Calderys' strategic goals and values. This is a highly visible role that combines operational execution with the opportunity to influence hiring strategies at a regional level. Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment : Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across EMEA, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Sourcing & Outreach : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for key roles, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and professional networks. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver tailored hiring strategies. Employer Branding : Champion Calderys' employer brand by showcasing our values and culture through recruitment marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships. Diversity & Inclusion : Advocate for and implement inclusive recruitment practices to ensure diverse talent representation across the EMEA region. Data & Metrics : Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs to continuously improve hiring processes, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the quality of hire. Market Intelligence : Stay informed about talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities to provide insights and recommendations to the business. Vendor Management : Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and platforms as needed, negotiating terms and ensuring optimal ROI. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3 years) in talent acquisition, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of EMEA labor markets and recruitment trends. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus (French, Swedish, Turkish)
