As IT Governance Specialist in the IT Risk & Information Domain Unit of IT Governance, Risk & Transformation (GRT), you will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO/COO team. The position will be instrumental in shaping the future of IT Risk and Information Domain Unit, directly supporting the Unit Head to achieve the intended outcomes.

Your responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for designing and operating the new Information Domain for the Group.
2. You will apply project management techniques during the design phase and contribute your expertise in risk management, organisational change management and vendor management.
3. You support operationalization of the new IT Risk Framework and the maintenance of the IT process landscape and ICS.
4. You actively support departmental presentations of indicators and results, including suggestions to senior audiences.
5. You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Governance and/or IT Risk Management.
Your profile:
6. You have completed your university degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or similar.
7. You ideally have proven skills in designing and implementing (IT) risk management frameworks.
8. CGEIT, CRISC or similar certification(s) preferred.
9. You are highly familiar with IT regulatory requirements, especially DORA.
10. You are knowledgeable in IT processes and open to modern technologies (e.g. Cloud, AI) and methodologies. Data Analytics know-how is a definite plus.
11. A proactive and hands-on mentality with emphasis on teamwork rounds off your profile.
12. Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset.
