Welcome to Fresenius Your assignments Review and redesign current access and authorization management processes, incorporating best practices and ensuring compliance in a hybrid cloud environment. Model process definitions using BPMN tools (e. g. Signavio or CALM) and support implementation in collaboration with the authorization team and functional solution architects. Evaluate, select, and implement new authorization management tools to replace the GRC access control module, ensuring risk management in hybrid environments across applications. Consult and develop strategic processes and solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, security, and compliance requirements. Assess risks, provide cost estimates, and initiate service improvements within complex technological environments. Support the definition and continuous improvement of roles and authorization processes in SAP S/4HANA, staying updated with industry trends. Your profile A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 10 years of professional experience in SAP security and authorizations, with at least 3 years focused on S/4HANA, SAP certifications are advantageous. Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP implementation and authorization projects within S/4HANA environments, particularly within the life sciences or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, role design, and authorization management as well as expertise in risk and quality management, (GxP) compliance, and developing and implementing security strategies and roadmaps. Experience in managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams and geographically dispersed teams, driving vision and results. Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English and German, with the ability to manage and engage with both internal and external suppliers and stakeholders at all levels. A highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented tam player with a strong ability to navigate complex, constantly changing environments.
