Role Overview The Technical Project Manager (Aerospace Composites) will lead and manage aerospace composite projects from initiation to delivery. This includes ensuring successful project execution, effective stakeholder coordination, and meeting client requirements. You will also contribute your technical expertise to optimize processes and enhance the overall success of each project. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee aerospace composite projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and smooth communication. Risk & Budget Management: Proactively manage project risks, allocate budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes. Technical Expertise: Provide technical insights and contribute to process improvements for continuous project optimization. Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in project workflows and engineering processes. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Skills Technical Skills: Strong background in technical project management, with experience in engineering environments.
