Who We Are dltHub is an open-source data loading platform that gives all data users simple, low-cost access to data in the company data infrastructure. We empower everyone who works with data and unlock all developers who can code in Python. dltHub is based in Berlin and New York City. It was founded by machine learning and data veterans. We are backed by Dig Ventures and many technical founders from companies such as Huggingface, Rasa, Instana, Miro, and Matillion. Requirements Your role: As a key part of our team, you’ll support the COO and CEO in keeping our day-to-day operations running seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include: Accounting Preparation: Ensuring financial processes are streamlined and accurate. Travel Arrangements: Booking and managing itineraries for the team. Contract Preparation: Assisting in drafting and organizing key agreements. Administrative Support: Handling various organizational tasks to keep us on track. Event Organization: Coordinating internal and external events. Your profile: You have at least 2 years of experience in similar positions (office manager, team assistant). You are very detailed-oriented and well-organized. You are tech-savvy, you enjoy working with tools. You are very good with numbers and are comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
