1. Act as a key liaison between Marketing and Communications to develop and execute integrated B2B marketing and communications strategies across all relevant communication channels.Lead storytelling initiatives and editorial media campaigns that highlight WRC’s value for sponsors, broadcasters, and industry partners, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.Develop and manage thought leadership content.Craft compelling presentations, case studies, white papers, and press materials that showcase the impact of WRC partnerships and brand collaborations. Plan and develop social media content and social campaigns for partner communications and sustainability initiatives for B2B relevant platforms.
2. Expand WRC’s presence in business, industry, and mainstream media (across all channels, but with a strong focus on digital and social B2B outlets), including outreach to both industry-focused and broader audiences (, tabloids, lifestyle media). Strengthen engagement with trade media, marketing press, and sustainability-focused outlets to position WRC as an industry leader. Work closely with commercial partners to co-create marketing campaigns and B2B content that amplify shared value propositions.
3. Develop and execute B2B awareness campaigns (including newsletter and regular media updates) that enhance the attractiveness of WRC for potential partners and stakeholders. Collaborate with the Partnerships team to align messaging with commercial objectives and sponsorship activations. Monitor and analyse media coverage and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
4. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
5. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the sports, events, or entertainment industry.
6. Proven experience in developing engaging content and storytelling across multiple platforms and media.
7. Strong understanding of social media strategy, including LinkedIn and emerging trends.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
9. Experience in partner collaborations, or industry event marketing is highly beneficial.
10. Knowledge of the media landscape (incl. B2B outlets) and media acquisition.
11. A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
