It is a global role to support the Nacelle Operations, the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Nacelle plants in different continents, and the Nacelle Module assembly plants as well, as the DD Generators. How to contribute to our vision Establish rapid response teams in case of critical material shortages Identify alternative supply sources and alternative materials Support the revision of Nacelle production schedules Continuous feed-back about status and progress Run root cause analysis to identify patterns and improve the process Develop early warning communication system and a proactive risk management approach Strengthen supplier relations incl. communication, data sharing and reliability Visit supplier factories to follow up delivery status when required, and run root cause analysis Establish external expeditors in non-reliable suppliers to stabilize deliveries Travel Requirement: Up to 40% What You Need To Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
