The RPA department acts as a link between business/operations and IT. We analyze processes, rethink them and automate them to create added value for our customers. The area of RPA also includes machine learning, chatbots, OCR and was also a frontrunner in agile development up to joint BUS/IT DevOps for several companies. As an RPA Architect (m/f/d), you will support the customer in selecting the right RPA tool, setting it up in the customer landscape and helping the teams to implement the processes. Your skills enable you to work with the business departments, the IT organization and the developers and understand the different aspects and perspectives that RPA brings with it. Internally, you will play a leading role in tenders and the preparation of offers and pass on your knowledge in the practice group. The areas of application and possibilities of RPA are developing rapidly. Tasks: Creating the technical and organizational framework conditions for the successful use of innovative solutions such as RPA at our customers Partnership-based consulting from requirements definition to design, implementation and going live Design, coordination and implementation of the architecture of automation projects and integration into our customers' IT environments Active participation in the further development of our RPA consulting portfolio, both internally and externally, e.g. by organizing workshops and training courses, and attending trade fairs and webinars Contributing RPA expertise to tenders and the preparation of offers Creation and presentation of proof-of-concepts (PoC) of possible automation solutions Operational support in the development of automation projects Qualifications: Experience as an RPA architect or IT architect At least 3 years of professional experience in the automation of processes using Robotic Process Automation Very good knowledge of the UiPath ecosystem and knowledge of other automation solutions such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere Experience in setting up UiPath or similar RPA solutions OnPrem or SaaS Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming Preferably experience in the combination of intelligent technologies (e.g. AI/machine learning) with robotic process automation Proof of a portfolio of implemented automation options Experience with large IT landscapes and organizations Business fluent German (at least C1 level) and good written and spoken English skills WHAT WE OFFER: With us, you'll find colleagues who are fun to work with.
