Key Responsibilities Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of more than 25 service owners, service controllers, and technical experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, customer centricity and excellence in service management and service delivery. Service Controller Organization: Lead the Service Controller Organization, ensuring that service management processes are optimized and aligned with business needs and the services meet the KPIs and the requested targets. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of technical solutions and services within the Connectivity domain. Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and execution of quality assurance processes, ensuring that all solutions meet rigorous quality standards. Service Management: Manage and optimize service delivery processes, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, cross service orchestration and customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives. Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance service quality and delivery. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness of technical solutions and services. Oversee the value center budget planning process for Service Management. Manage the sourcing of external temporary workforce and service providers. Manage and monitor Cyber Security KPI´s (dashboard) Your defining qualities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical environment, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry. Experience in service management in a complex multi-provider IT-landscape within a global player in the industry. Strong understanding of network solutions and technologies. Knowledge of the tool landscape used for service management, service request management and requets fullfillment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in quality assurance, service management, and process optimization. Ability to think strategically and drive change in a dynamic environment.
