Location : Berlin Company : Doctolib Job Type : Full -Time What you'll do As the first Senior Product Designer on our B2B mobile apps team, you will transform complex healthcare technology challenges into simple, memorable, consistent, and accessible user experiences. You will work closely with user researchers, data analysts, UX writers, product managers, engineers, and healthcare professionals such as medical secretaries, doctors, and therapists. Key Responsibilities: Design Ownership: Lead the entire product design process from problem definition to solution development. Mobile App Design: Create impactful native mobile designs for iOS and Android platforms. User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and validate hypotheses through sketching and prototyping. Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies and facilitate workshops to solve complex problems. Design Systems: Contribute to our "Oxygen" design system and improve native mobile components. Cross -functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to develop elegant solutions to complex problems. Continuous Learning: Seek opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to the growth of our design team. Who you are Must haves : 1 - Platform Knowledge: Worked on products for mobile (iOS, Android), with knowledge of various design patterns. 2 - Language Skills: Fluent in English and German. Prototyping: Extensive experience in both low and high -fidelity prototyping. User Testing: Experienced in conducting user interviews and usability tests. Experimentation: Capable of choosing the right experiments to challenge ideas. Product Cycles: Familiar with product development and release cycles, making informed decisions in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Managers. Nice to have : Industry experience : Experience working in health tech or similarly complex environments.
