Gardener, farmer or technical all-rounder (m/f/d) for outdoor operations, agriculture and fruit growing

We are a family-run farm from Oettingen in the Nördlinger Ries (Bavaria) with a passion for growing organic hazelnuts. Our high-quality nut products come from our own cultivation as well as from selected partners in Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Romania and Ukraine). What can you expect with us?
Your tasks will be varied and diverse - perfect for anyone who enjoys working outdoors, likes technology and wants to take on responsibility:
Care of the hazelnut plantations: planting, pruning, pest monitoring, fertilizing and watering the approx. 16 hectares of hazelnut plantations
Harvesting and machine work: operation and maintenance of all agricultural machinery such as harvesting machines
Organization: planning work processes and deploying seasonal workers
Warehouse work: Assisting with sorting and packing activities, especially during peak season & inclement weather
What should you bring with you?
We are looking for personalities who are motivated to grow with us.
You have completed training as a gardener, farmer, fruit grower, agricultural machinery mechanic (m/f/d), have relevant professional experience or would like to enter this field as a career changer (preferably with manual/technical training)
You are technically adept and enjoy working with machines
