Requirements
*Completed IT training with professional experience or several years of professional IT experience
*Good knowledge of PC hardware, ticket and remote tools as well as network technology
*Confident use of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
*Very good knowledge of German (at least C2 level)
*Strong service orientation and enjoyment in learning new products/services
Tasks & Responsibilities
*Receiving and processing requests from customers with a maintenance contract
*Documentation of all work steps in our ticket system
*Close cooperation with other departments involved
*Testing and documenting errors and developments
