Source, recruit, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain opportunities. Complete job analysis, conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, qualify job requirements, create recruiting plan, and develop recruitment marketing strategy. BA in Business Administration or related field and 4 years of talent acquisition Demonstrated results including 50 hires per year and outstanding talent metrics; e. quality of hire, candidate experience, hiring manager feedback, time to fill, cost per hire, and retention. Combination of external agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience. Demonstrate agility, collaboration, integrity and transparency. Fluent English is a must. German language is a plus. Knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and selection procedures. Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing operations and associated job requirements. Skills to include adaptability, attention to detail, communication, influencing, listening, problem solving, relationship building, storytelling, and winning. Ability to manage up to 15 searches with multiple locations and hiring Managers. Ability to work with colleagues globally and across multiple geographies and time zones. Ability to leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Stepstone and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
