1. You work on the DKV eMobility Services product portfolio.
2. You work on the eMobility Services product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle and manage the products operationally in collaboration with the respective departments.
3. You support market and competitive observation and analysis.
4. You participate in various projects.
5. You analyze and improve processes in coordination with other areas and departments.
6. You create revenue, sales, and profit analyses for all products. You conceptualize and implement internal and external communication for the product portfolio in coordination with the marketing department.
7. You handle complaints in collaboration with the respective departments or the sales organization.
What makes you stand out
8. You are currently studying with a focus on economics, logistics and transport, energy management, or a comparable qualification.
9. You bring enthusiasm for eMobility in all its facets.
10. You have excellent German and English skills and good communication abilities.
11. High initiative, independent work, careful and reliable working methods, as well as analytical thinking, complete your profile.
12. You have experience with MS Office 365.
