1. Determine and analyze requirements for assigned standard software.
2. Review and reconcile gathered requirements with stakeholders.
3. Configure off-the-shelf standard software and coordinate necessary adaptations with suppliers.
4. Ensure configurations align with available out-of-the-box capabilities.
5. Discuss and delegate larger software changes to suppliers.
6. Document requirements, changes, and updates accurately.
7. Test newly developed changes or updated configurations within the standard software.
8. Collect and assess requirements from various departments, evaluating their feasibility.
9. Test customizations and provide 3rd-level support as needed.
10. Vocational training with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, economics, logistics, or a related field.
11. Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies.
12. Proficiency in process management.
13. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
14. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
