Your Team: You will join the EMEAI strategic alliances, dedicated to drive growth working closely with the extended sales team (Central Europe). These Strategic Alliances (GSI, Hyper scalers) play an integral role enabling Digital Transformation initiatives of our customers. Your Impact: In this role, you will be responsible for the go-to-market execution for a portfolio of strategic partners in your assigned region including relationship matrix, sales enablement, pipeline (creation, management, and reporting), and all in region sales and marketing support. You will work closely with Sales leadership as well as Corporate Alliance team and serve as the go-to for all regional topics regarding your managed partners. Success in this role will contribute significantly to net new revenue in your assigned territory. Your Day-To-Day: Create, build, develop and maintain strong relationships with your partners (executives to operations) Develop and manage shared Go-To-Market: Agree on joined targets, joined solutions, shared goals, governance Work with PTC extended sales teams in your region to drive Partner alignment and success Monitor forecast & pipeline of your Global System Integrators with PTC Ability to stand and deliver partner content at local events and lead regional enablement efforts: joint messaging, value prop, high level technical overview, etc. Provide regular field feedback to the PTC Strategic Alliance team on regionally best practices & specific issues Your Skills and Knowledge: Solution sales background/experience: ideally alliances, pre-sales or business development background Ability to work in a highly matrixed & multicultural organization, to make connections and understand how to make deals & partnerships successful Experience partnering with System Integrators or equivalent major companies within the software industry Sense of strategy to accelerate growth, identify gaps, and drive a long-term relationship with a key partner Solution understanding experience in one of the functions Product-, Service- or Manufacturing - is highly desired Strong interest for Manufacturing discrete and process Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in both English and German is mandatory LI-DNI Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
