The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
How you will CELLebrate
* HR business partnering for the executive management and Board members along the entire employment lifecycle
* Design, implementation, and monitoring of individual personnel measures for the executive management and board members under consideration of corporate governance and legal requirements in alignment with relevant stakeholders
* Run of the monthly payroll in accordance with social security regulations and income tax law, in collaboration with internal and external interfaces and service providers (e.g. tax consultancy, finance, IT)
* Design of new and optimization of existing HR processes for the Top Management population and also Board members
* Support of cross-functional HR projects to ensure smooth and aligned processes for the Top Management population
* Administration of variable compensation schemes (Short- Term Incentive and Long-Term Incentive)
What you need for our CELLebration
* Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, human resources management, finance or a comparable qualification
* Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Compensation and/or payroll
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Hands-on mentality and structured working style
* Fluent English language skills
What else can you bring
* Experience in topics related to board compensation of stock corporations or corporate governance is an advantage
