What you will be doing :
* You will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for understanding business requirements and implementing practical HR initiatives such as change management, culture, organizational development, employee engagement, and employer branding.
* You will build valuable relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, the HR team, and works council members, to ensure smooth collaboration and communication throughout the company.
* With your innovative spirit, you will drive the optimization and continuous improvement of our HR processes and tools.
* Together with the team, you will oversee the recruitment process and ensure effective onboarding for new employees.
* You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to departure, as well as the retention and development of new team members for approximately 120 employees across three Knauf Industries locations.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
* You have completed relevant further training or a degree in HR and have gained substantial experience in previous positions as an HR Officer, HR Business Partner, or similar roles.
* You see challenges rather than problems
* You possess conceptual skills and have an entrepreneurial, process-oriented mindset.
* You are a true communication talent (in German and English) and have a strong affinity for IT.
* It’s important that you can present facts clearly, combined with excellent organizational skills such as structure, time management, and attention to detail.
* To best support the various locations, you are willing to travel.
