Within the Commercial Excellence team at B. Braun SE, we are seeking a Senior Global Pricing Manager to drive commercial excellence through innovative pricing strategies that optimize profitability and growth across the organization.
About the Role
The Senior Global Pricing Manager will play a key role in supporting regional and national pricing by leveraging data-based insights, tools and market trends to achieve strategic pricing objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop global pricing strategies, including value-based pricing models, price-volume strategies, strategic floor prices and strategic list prices.
* Implement a price optimization program in regional and national organizations to ensure consistency and harmonized alignment across markets and achieve ambitious price effect targets.
* Strategically deploy price analytics tools to monitor and report on price performance to identify optimization opportunities, and create and maintain pricing reports and platforms.
* Establish and execute value-based pricing strategies for product and service offerings.
* Foster close communication with relevant stakeholders, such as the global marketing & sales program, regional sales, marketing and consultants, as well as divisional pricing teams, and train each other on market conditions, pricing tools and methodologies.
* Monitor the achievement of measures at regional and local level to ensure annually planned price effects.
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, industrial engineering or similar discipline.
* Several years of professional experience in marketing and sales, pricing or similar field.
* Relevant experience in project and change management.
* Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German and other foreign languages is an advantage.
