European Paid Media Specialist
At Specialized, we believe that digital presence is key for our future and an indispensable part of the Rider Journey. As European Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying our digital paid media strategies across display / video campaigns, affiliation and social media for Europe .
You’ll be part of a multi-faceted Ecommerce team, overseeing the workflow, and multiple connection points to the rider, reporting into the European Digital Marketing Lead.
How you will make a difference
1. Execute display and affiliate campaigns to increase profitable traffic growth on Specialized.com
2. Implement the campaigns in our tools (DSP, affiliate platforms…) and continually optimize on defined campaign metrics
3. Responsible for programmatic prospecting and retargeting ad spend with a focus on performance metrics such as CPC, ROAS, etc.
4. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing to ensure brand consistency and optimize creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy
5. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure we remain up to date regarding digital ads landscape
6. Work closely with Brand team to execute brand and awareness campaigns on digital media.
7. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
8. Work with Digital Analytics team to drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis on channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements
What you need to win
9. 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in display platforms (granular optimization and execution experience necessary)
10. Demonstrable skills and knowledge of Google ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360 and Meta ads, Affiliate platforms, with the ability to hit the ground running on day 1
11. Extensive Google Analytics experience
12. Comfortable with the rapid evolution of technology and excited to continue to develop and enhance your knowledge, skills, and experience
13. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
14. Ability to think creatively and analyze data while facing ambiguity and uncertainty
15. High level of energy, passion and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyle in general
16. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results
17. Strong organizational skills and team player
18. Experience selling physical goods, as opposed to digital services, is preferred
