ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to support our Global Partnerships and Channel partners.
In this role, you will be expected to:
1. Help partners define their Go To Market (GTM) strategy and plan for Managed Services and Resell.
2. Be responsible for evangelizing ServiceNow mindshare to our partners to evolve a “ServiceNow First” approach.
3. Provide pre-sales support, technical product and architecture advice, and ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.
4. Propose, as a trusted advisor, creative new ideas to embed ServiceNow in their existing and new managed services to generate new revenues.
What you get to do in this role:
1. Evangelize ServiceNow to partners through Sales Plays and product demos.
2. Proactively manage relationships with executive and key partner stakeholders to build ServiceNow Mindshare.
3. Assist Partner Experience team on the execution of roadshows, shark camps, and partner events.
4. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) during planning, solutioning and EBC briefings.
5. Identify and collaborate on business development opportunities for market-differentiated Offerings/Solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
6. Mentor, guide, and model effective teamwork with ServiceNow and partner solution consultants.
7. Create long term enduring relationships with partners and the senior leadership within those partners.
8. Demonstrate domain and technical expertise across multiple industry verticals.
9. Travel for Partner, Customer, and Organizational activities.
What you need to be successful in this role:
1. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
2. 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience, ideally in the IT Service provider’s space.
3. Strong sales mindset, flexible and agent of change.
4. Quick adoption and understanding of industry/vertical business challenges.
5. Strong facilitation skills.
6. Sharp business judgment and ability to prioritize.
7. Ability to manage change and ambiguity.
8. Talented at explaining complex topics clearly and concisely.
9. Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing.
10. Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms.
11. Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels.
This role requires approximately 25-40% travel.
