* Strategic Leadership and Product Development: Responsible for developing and executing the hardware strategy, setting the product roadmap, and overseeing the entire hardware development lifecycle from concept to market launch.
* Team Leadership and Resource Management: Leading, developing, and motivating the hardware engineering team, including recruitment, training, and ensuring efficient project planning and execution.
* Innovation and Technological Leadership: Driving innovation and applying new technologies in hardware design to develop market-leading products that meet the latest standards.
* Quality Assurance and Testing: Ensuring high product quality and reliability through comprehensive testing, validation, and adherence to compliance requirements.
* Budget and Cost Management: Managing the budget for the hardware engineering department, optimizing costs, and overseeing external partners and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality products.
Dein Profil:
* At least 10 years of professional experience in the Tech industry and significant experience in managing fast growth solutions including line management and personnel responsibility
* Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams
* Hands-on experience in developing complex electronic based systems and working with hardware, firmware and laser technologies
* Experience in distributed storage systems, microservices frameworks or edge systems
* German B2, Englisch C1
