Provide ongoing support and leadership to the Procurement Team by creating, maintaining, and updating defined reports and ensuring high-quality data Support the achievement of Procurement Goals through the management of databases covering market intelligence for raw materials and spend transparency for all locations Implement and maintain tools, processes, standards and instructions while proposing changes and improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency Seek e-solutions and digitalization for procurement processes and drive the implementation of e-procurement platforms Collaborate with Procurement Finance Business Partner for data analysis, cost reduction reports, identifying areas for improvement such as spend consolidation and contract compliance to support cost-saving activities Manage the Supplier Management System, including Risk Management and Contract Lifecycle Management Foster partnerships and cross-functional interactions to support ongoing development processes to strive for best in class Lead and guide a small team of Procurement Analysts to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with at least five years of professional experience in procurement, finance, and/or process management, demonstrating a strong affinity for facts and figures. You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences and presenting information in a clear and concise manner. Leadership and collaboration abilities are essential, with the skill to build effective relationships and exert influence over peers and key stakeholders.
