Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Product Operations - Non-Commission Revenue and Promotions to join the Global Vendor team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The Non-Commission Revenue (NCR) team is responsible for managing the in-app advertising revenue and promotions product performance of the regions: setting the ambitions, aligning on final targets, and following up on performance to maximize value generation. As part of these, the NCR team is responsible for setting and aligning the commercial strategy with the regions, understanding the local vendor requirements and business opportunities, and thus influencing the concepts of the new products and product features.
The key stakeholders during these efforts are the central product and data teams and the regional product and commercial teams. The NCR team works closely with these indirect stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment.
1. Support Delivery Hero’s Global Revenue team with shaping their non-commission revenue strategy. Identify gaps in current strategies, create frameworks and design execution plans to improve product performance and maximize non-commission revenue and platform growth
2. Develop robust, hypothesis-driven analyses in a timely manner, estimating the potential impact of different initiatives and prioritizing them accordingly
3. Develop data-based commercial strategies and align them with senior management of the regional and central teams
4. Identify and prioritize business issues and define solutions, as well as support product concept definition, product discovery, and product roll-outs
5. Manage relationships with regional counterparts and tech teams, tracking the progress of key projects and providing support and guidance as needed
6. Prepare Go To Market strategies and sales enablement materials to support regional sales efforts
Qualifications
7. 5+ years of professional experience in a management consulting, investment banking firm, or internet company; experience in advertising and promotions strategy, working with product teams is a plus
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, being able to deal with data ambiguity and set up and validate clear hypotheses
9. Hands-on mentality, drive, an analytical and structured way of working, and logical thinking skills
10. You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
11. Able to achieve goals in a dynamic and highly pressured entrepreneurial environment
12. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
