We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our Berlin office. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing post and invoices to liaising with suppliers and partners. Your Responsibilities
* Post & Correspondence Management: Check incoming mail, ensure correct distribution, and notify relevant teams.
* Invoice & Address Coordination: Contact suppliers and partners regarding incorrect invoice details or mailing addresses.
* Supplier & Partner Communication: Clarify administrative details, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination.
* General Administrative Support: Assist with other office-related tasks as needed.
Your Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience or proven experience in office management and assistant roles.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A welcoming and friendly attitude, with the ability to engage with people in a professional and positive manner.
* Hands-on and proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks independently.
* Availability to work in the office, part-time (approx. 20 hours per week).
