What are we expecting you to do? Creative: Develop innovative visual concepts and campaigns that bring our clients’ branding and marketing goals to life – particularly Samsung Knox and Roche Digital Diagnostics. Know and serve all social channels on behalf of your clients as well as banner design, web layout, email templates and digital graphics. Have a good grasp of UI design and know what it takes to build an optimised, CSS-based online experience. Be aware of AI tools and drive their use in daily business. Strong design skills in typography, layout, image selection, shape and colour etc. as well as very good craft skills. Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision and Figma. Collaboration: Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to align with messaging for campaign core ideas and assets. Work closely with account managers, strategists, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Be comfortable presenting to colleagues, occasionally clients and responding to positive feedback. Participate in client meetings for briefings, and feedback. Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers for additional creative support when needed. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, for example, from Samsung Knox security campaigns or Siemens product launches to multiple, agile Roche product campaigns. Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining top-notch creative standards. Brand Stewardship: Achieve a deep understanding of the brands you work on such as Samsung Knox’s innovative tech, or Roche’s patient-centric innovation. Ensure all creative outputs reflect the distinctive tone and style of each client. Quality Control: Optimize visual assets for various platforms, including digital, social media, and print, always ensuring they meet both client expectations and our creative standards. Who are you? You bring 2 years at an advertising/marketing agency, design studio, internal marketing department, or other relevant business You have a degree in art, graphic design or another relevant field (or comparable experience from internships, portfolio school, or past work) You have a portfolio that demonstrates you know what a good idea looks like - and that you can successfully execute across all digital platforms. Proficiency on Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (since that’s how you’ll get copy, background info, briefs, etc.), and project management software You are self-motivated, decisive and don’t mind diving into the deep end English is a must, some German would be nice to have Who are we?
