Global Project Manager Windpower (m/f/d)
Tasks
1. You are responsible to manage and coordinate technical aspects of the onshore and offshore projects internationally
2. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of all technical equipment
3. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement efficiency improvements
4. With the transnational specialist departments you constantly align to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards
5. You coordinate a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
6. Independently, you organize planned and unplanned maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing energy production for the customer
7. You prepare and manage budgets for technical operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising safety or quality
8. You provide engineering input from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility, due diligence, monitoring and acceptance/inspection as well as technical tender support
Qualifications
9. Degree in engineering or similar technical subject, preferred Master degree
10. Experience from operational management and in technical projects
11. Able to clearly present the concepts to both internal and external customers
12. With your leadership experience you easily collaborate and work with diverse team, engineers, inspectors, experts and wind technicians
13. Ability to use project scheduling software and methodology to monitor resource, schedule and contract requirements, and to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget, together with the customer
14. Open and innovative mindset, strategic thinking, hands-on mentality as well as structured, results-oriented and independent way of working
15. Motivated, visionary, ability to work under pressure and creative drive
